he Lions have so far experienced something of everything in this year’s Super Rugby tournament. They were completely overpowered by the Jaguares in Argentina, while regaining their voice against the Reds. Last week in Johannesburg, however, the Stormers broke their hearts again with the winning three.

Now they are leaving for Australia and New Zealand tomorrow, where the Waratahs, Rebels, Blues and Highlanders await them.

On last year’s tour, the Johannesburgers turned heads for the Chiefs in Hamilton, but they got bogged down in other power struggles against the Crusaders and the Brumbies.
